Notice of funeral arrangements usually come to the parish from the undertakers. Once the parish receives notification, a member of the Parish Team contacts the family of the bereaved. They will assist in the preparation of the funeral liturgy/readings/prayers and support the family in their bereavement.

During the month of November, the parish arrange an annual Mass for all in the parish or associated with St James’s who have died during the previous year. An invitation is sent to the families of the bereaved.
